Returns for refund within 30 days of purchase date are accepted for a refund of the purchase price of that product (excluding shipping)
All returned products must be in ‘as new’ condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. All costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility.
The customer is responsible for postage to us and Original UGG Boots will cover the costs for the postage back to the customer. (unless of course its a manufacturing fault in which we will cover the costs both ways)
When returning the goods please ensure that you use recorded delivery method, so you will have a proof of posting your return.
There are some clauses below:
**We do not accept returns or exchanges on Custom Made Products
**We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance sale items
**Loose Wool will not be accepted as a clause for exchange or refund. As they are made new, some wool may fall off from where the skins have been cut, however this will subside after a few days.
